05 Trust and responsibility

Some QIT assignments involve access to confidential business or financial information. After age 18, have you been convicted of, or pleaded guilty or no contest to, a criminal offense that has not been sealed, expunged, or otherwise legally excluded from disclosure?

A disclosure does not automatically disqualify an applicant. QIT considers the nature and timing of the conduct, the responsibilities of the role, rehabilitation, and applicable law. Do not provide arrest-only, sealed, expunged, or juvenile information.
