Terms for using MyQIT.com.
These terms govern use of the public website operated by Quantum Innovation & Technologies (“QIT”). By using this website, you agree to these terms. Separate written agreements govern purchased QIT services and access to QIT software.
Informational website
The public website provides general information about QIT’s office-administration services and RV-focused software. Website content is not a binding service commitment, quote, warranty decision, legal opinion, repair instruction, or substitute for a signed agreement.
No emergency or guaranteed response
Submitting an inquiry does not create a customer relationship or guarantee a response time. Do not use the website for emergencies, time-critical repair decisions, claim deadlines, or safety issues.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, harvest information, impersonate another person or business, or use the website in violation of law or another party’s rights.
Intellectual property
The website’s original text, design, branding, graphics, and software are owned by or licensed to QIT and are protected by applicable law.
