About Claim Processing

The form below is for QIT to assist you with processing Warranty & Insurance Claims for your customers. You may enter as little, or as much, information as you have at any given time. Once you have more information (such as Diagnostics...or if we are waiting on your photos), just put that in by itself and we will add it to the file. QIT will then email you on the next step we need you to complete, in order to get your claim paid as soon as possible.

 By pressing "Agree to Terms & Submit", you are agreeing to let QIT Process your Warranty/Insurance Claim on your behalf. A 20% Fee on the total bill will be due after the claim has been processed.
